Starlight concept

Done for a friend. The belt is to attach and carry items, and the outfit (while durable) is suited more to stealth, gymnastics and climbing than holding up to weapons in a fight.
His strange appearance is the fault of fairies, but Starlight is very much human. Well... at least he claims to be.
